AUDIT OF THE FUND

• The CMB is authorized to examine and audit the accounts anda transactions of the Fund.

 

• The related Minister is authorized to make decision to transfer the management of the Fund temporarily or permanently.

 

• The Supreme Council of Public Accounts audits the Fund annualy.
