SCOPE OF THE FUND

• The Fund covers the stock delivery and cash payment obligations arising from stock transactions of the intermediary institutions and the banks for which a liquidation or bankruptcy decision is made.

COMPENSATION LIMIT

• Maximum payment is 59.147 Turkish Liras per person for 2010   (~ 28.000 Euro)
• Payment limit revaluated yearly.
